On-boarding Process
Transport2Go Has Strict guidelines and regulations when it comes to allowing drivers and vehicles onto their fleet.
1) Vechiles must be no older than 5 years to be accepted onto the platform.
2) All Vechiles need to have Cameras for quality and control purposes. We may require access to theses cameras for any complaints or issues.
3) Driver needs a valid PDP licenses.
4) Download the Transport2Go Driver App (links below) and register
5) Download our Transport2Go CarScan App (links below) and complete a car inspection Via the app, Please note there is a fee to initiate the CarScan app and the minimum score we will accept is 80%.
6) Once all the above is completed please submit any necessary information needed to our WhatsApp line and await for our Team to verify and check if anything else is needed.
7) After all is done, our Team will book a date and time for you and the vechile to come for an interview so that we can assist the car and driver with information on how to start your journey before activating your profile.
